Mile High Monk

  • 1.5oz Espolon Blanco Tequila

  • .5oz Green Chartreuse

  • 1oz Backyard Soda CBD Mango-Jalapeno Syrup

  • .75 Fresh Lime

  • .5oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1 Barspoon Orgeat

  • 8 Large Mint Leaves

  • 2 Jalapeno Slices

  • Small Palmful of Cilantro

  • Pinch of Salt

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to small shaker tin, muddle Jalapenos, Cilantro, and Mint just until fragrant.

  • Add Ice to shaker tin and seal.

  • Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds

  • Fine Strain into chilled Collins glass, over ice.

  • Top with soda water Garnishes with a dehydrated lime wheel and jalapeno slice.

  • Take a nice mint bouquet and slap on the back of the hand until aromatic.

  • Place mint on the cocktail.
