- 1.5 oz Flor de Cana gold rum (4 yr)
- .5 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz Backyard Soda Pomegranate-Orange Blossom CBD Simple Syrup
- 1/2 mandarin orange (to muddle) + wedges for garnish
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
- 3-5 drops of Peychaud’s Bitters
Muddle 1/2 mandarin in shaking tin, fill the tin with ice, then add gold rum, Cointreau, CBD syrup, and fresh-squeezed lime juice.
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain over rocks glass full of fresh ice cubes.
Top with a few drops of Peychaud’s Bitters.
Garnish with 2 mandarin slices on a skewer.
