.5 oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven (any Mezcal will work, whatever your preference)
.5 Backyard Soda Cranberry Sage SImple Syrup
2 dashes orange bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds, pour over a large ice cube, garnish with an orange peel.
