Backyard Vinaigrette

4 Tbsp white wine vinegar

½ cup olive oil

3 Tbsp simple syrup- we suggest Ginger Lime, Mango Jalapeno, Cranberry Sage

tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients  in a blender on high for 30 seconds to allow oil to emulsify.

Serve.

Can be refrigerated for several weeks but may separate, naturally
